Anti-static PE is generally used as an inner protective bag in the electronics industry. The main material is low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Adding anti-static masterbatch will have a good anti-static effect to protect electronic products from static electricity damage caused by electronic components generated by friction between insulators.

According to the production process, it can be divided into the following types

I.Flat bag
PE flat bag is the simplest production process and its application is also the most extensive. After the machine blows the film, it is cut into bags one by one on the bag making machine and the bottom is sealed.

Common shapes of flat bags are

1.Anti-static PE bags can be made into different colors of PE flat pockets by adding different color masterbatches and can be printed with LOGO patterns. It is Mainly used for packaging and transporting electrostatic sensitive products, such as electronic components, semiconductors, precision instruments, etc.

2.PE conductive bags can be printed with LOGO patterns. Black conductive bags are made of black conductive polyethylene materials, which not only have stable conductivity, but also have good light-shielding properties.They are suitable for military industry, aviation, network communications, photosensitive equipment, integrated circuits, precision electronic components, etc.

3.PE anti-static mesh bag is made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) + linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) mixed blow molding, then printed with conductive ink, heat sealed and cut into shape. This product has all the characteristics of ordinary PE bags and anti-static function. It is suitable for packaging PC boards, communication products, IC integrated circuits, optical drives, hard drives, and electrostatically sensitive electronic components packaging.

II. Self-sealing bag
1.PE anti-static self-sealing bag, the top of the bag has a bone strip, and it can be manually sealed, with good sealing and anti-static properties. It is suitable for inner packaging of electronic hardware, digital accessories, etc.
